Our gulf front 2-story townhome offers 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, this secluded property is a great vacation opportunity! Located at the end of Southwinds Drive, this 4-unit complex is a getaway from the hustle and bustle, but conveniently located to restaurants and shops.

Approximately 1,500 square feet with a spacious living and dining room, open kitchen, Keurig coffee maker and screened in lanai. There is a sleeper sofa and powder room on the main living floor.

On the top floor, two bedrooms have king beds with gulf front views, and full baths with gulf front views, master bedroom includes full bathroom, 3rd room has 2 twin beds and there is an additional full bath.

The pool faces the Gulf and the boardwalk offers access to the beach. Garage parking and Weber grill are also available.

We needed down time and Golden Beach #2 delivered! We stayed here the entire week – no outings, we didn’t even go out to eat. This stay was to re-unite with the beach and the Gulf. Our family is sad to leave but we will go home relaxed and recharged.

We have been many places, and this is our fifth visit to Sanibel/Captiva. Our family watched Hurricane Ian with sad concern from our homes in western Washington and Indiana. We all were anxious to return to see how mother nature and the people of Sanibel/Captiva have transformed your island home. We are sorry that you had to expend so much effort in its recovery, however you have come so far and it is so worth it!! Thank you! Sure the no-see-ums are a pain, but we love the giant toad living at the bottom of the stairs, he comes out at night!

Walking on the beach collecting sea shells and the beautiful sunrise. The birds and finding sea glass were also a highlight. Watching dolphins in the distance was magical. Captain Brian Boat charter touring Cabbage Key was a highlight. The beach in Captiva is a must see! The no-see-ums couldn’t detract from the beauty of Sanibel!
